Robert 'Bob' Harvie is a Bucks County, Pennsylvania commissioner and former high school social studies teacher. Elected to the Bucks County Board of Commissioners in 2019 alongside Diane Ellis-Marseglia, he helped flip the board to Democratic control for the first time in nearly four decades, and was re-elected in 2023; he has served as both chair and vice chair of the board. Before that he served on the Falls Township Board of Supervisors, including as chairman. He won the May 19, 2026 Democratic primary in Pennsylvania's 1st Congressional District to challenge Republican incumbent Brian Fitzpatrick.
