David Hann is an American Republican politician who represented Eden Prairie and Minnetonka-area districts in the Minnesota Senate from 2003 to 2017, serving as Senate Minority Leader from 2013 to 2017. He chaired the Republican Party of Minnesota from 2021 to early 2025. In December 2025 he launched a campaign for the 2026 U.S. Senate election in Minnesota, which he suspended in 2026.
