Gregory John Stanton (born March 8, 1970) is an American lawyer and politician who is the U.S. representative from Arizona's 4th congressional district, serving since 2019. A Democrat, he was previously mayor of Phoenix from 2012 to 2018, and was on the Phoenix City Council from 2000 until 2009. Stanton was elected mayor in 2011 and reelected in 2015. He was first elected to Congress in 2018, and was re-elected in 2020, 2022, and 2024. [Wikipedia ↗]
