James Richard Baird (born June 4, 1945) is an American businessman and politician serving as the U.S. representative for Indiana's 4th congressional district since 2019. A Republican, he previously served as a member of the Indiana House of Representatives from 2010 to 2018 and as a Putnam County commissioner from 2006 to 2010.
