Julie Elizabeth Johnson (born May 2, 1966) is an American politician and attorney serving as a U.S. representative from Texas's 32nd congressional district since 2025. Previously, she served as a member of the Texas House of Representatives from 2019 to 2025. An out lesbian, Johnson is the first openly LGBTQ+ member of Congress from a Southern state.
