Morris Durham 'Moe' Davis is a retired U.S. Air Force colonel, attorney, and former administrative law judge who served as the third Chief Prosecutor of the Guantanamo Bay military commissions from 2005 to 2007, resigning over the use of evidence obtained through torture.
