Off the Sidelines is a leadership PAC that Senator Kirsten Gillibrand created in 2011 to recruit, mentor and finance Democratic women running for office. It has raised more than $12 million for women candidates, and Gillibrand relaunched it in 2019 with a pledge to raise at least $1 million to elect women in the 2020 cycle.
