Riley McGowan Moore (born July 1, 1980) is an American politician who has served as the U.S. representative for West Virginia's 2nd congressional district since 2025. A member of the Republican Party, he served as the 25th treasurer of West Virginia from 2021 to 2025 and as West Virginia's state delegate for its 67th district from 2017 to 2019. [Wikipedia ↗]
