Robert Lulgjuraj is a Sterling Heights attorney and the first Republican to enter the 2026 race for Michigan's 10th Congressional District. He served as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Wayne County (2021-2025) and then in the Macomb County Prosecutor's Office, where he led its Digital Evidence Optimization Unit before stepping down to run for Congress.
