Timothy Martin Kennedy (born October 20, 1976) is an American politician who is the U.S. representative for New York's 26th congressional district. A member of the Democratic Party, he was elected in the April 2024 special election to finish the remainder of Brian Higgins' term in the 118th United States Congress.
